At INEEW, we continue to stand by a clear idea: there can be no social transformation without emotional transformation. That is why we have recently held a new edition of the Emotional Education for Change (EE4Change) program, a space for learning and reflection that once again brought together people from different countries committed to more conscious, human, and sustainable leadership.
In this new edition, the program once again brought together individuals from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds, consolidating an international learning community that has already trained 329 people through the EE4Change programs.
In a world marked by uncertainty, conflict, inequality, and the climate emergency, this program is born from a deep conviction: technical solutions are not enough if they are not accompanied by emotional education.
Why is emotional education key today?
We use words to talk about emotions every day, but we rarely stop to truly understand how they work, how they influence us, and how we can manage them in a healthy way.
At EE4Change, we understand emotional education as an essential link between mental health and social transformation, enabling deeper and more responsible engagement with global challenges.
A four-session learning journey
This edition of the program was structured into four sessions, designed to accompany participants in a progressive process of self-knowledge, empowerment, and action.
All sessions were delivered in an accessible and participatory format, fostering the exchange of experiences and collective learning.
We continue walking together
At INEEW, we celebrate yet another edition of EE4Change with deep gratitude to the participants and speakers who made this space for learning and connection possible. We remain convinced that educating emotions is a powerful tool for leading the change the world needs.
Very soon, we will share new editions and opportunities to continue strengthening emotional leadership and community well-being.
A learning experience that leaves a mark: learnings, impact, and challenges of a program in emotional education
The evaluation carried out by participants in the emotional education and well-being training program offers a clear and compelling picture: a highly valued, transformative experience with real impact at the personal, professional, and community levels.
“I take away learning and great enthusiasm to continue along this path of promoting emotional education.”
With scores mostly ranging between 9 and 10, the course has been described as excellent, enriching, and deeply inspiring, highlighting not only the quality of the content but also the human and diverse approach that runs throughout it.
“It has been an extremely valuable and enriching experience. It is hard to choose just one aspect or instructor.”
Diversity as a central axis of learning
One of the most frequently mentioned elements in the evaluations is the program’s intersectoral, intercultural, and multidisciplinary approach. The coexistence of different perspectives—social, community-based, educational, family-oriented, organizational, and personal—made it possible to understand emotional education from a broad perspective connected to reality.
Participants highlight that the diversity of voices, cultural contexts, and professional experiences enriched learning, fostered critical reflection, and broadened understanding of the impact of emotions across different areas of life.
Practical tools for everyday and professional life
Beyond theoretical interest, the program has been especially valued for its practical orientation. Surveys show that many participants take away:
-
Emotional self-regulation strategies applicable to daily life.
-
Resources for work in organizations, work environments, families, and parenting.
-
Concrete proposals for community intervention and social action.
- A renewed drive toward self-knowledge and personal development.
“I take away gratitude for the beautiful experience of being a student in this course and the confirmation that emotional self-regulation tools are practical and necessary for everyday life.”
This applied nature allowed the learning not to remain at a conceptual level, but to be integrated as living, useful tools transferable to real contexts.
“The tools that were shared with us have a real impact on our work and personal environments.”
The value of the teaching team and the presentations
The quality of the teaching staff has been another of the program’s major strengths. The evaluations highlight presentations that successfully combined scientific rigor, clarity, warmth, and practical proposals, generating a high level of connection with the group.
“The diversity of perspectives, voices, and cultures greatly enhances the quality of the course.”
Particular recognition is given to the ability of some instructors to energize the sessions, read the needs of the group, and create an atmosphere of participation and trust. The plurality of profiles and career paths was perceived as a conscious choice that strengthened both the content and the overall purpose of the program.
Learning, feeling, and continuing the journey
Many participants express that the course not only provided knowledge, but also motivation, enthusiasm, and a desire to continue deepening their engagement with emotional education. The learning was experienced as a process that sparked questions, personal reflection, and greater awareness of personal and collective emotional care.
For some, it also represented a confirmation of their professional path; for others, a gateway to new ways of understanding mental health, well-being, and the social impact of emotions.
A deeply positive assessment
The overall assessment is clear: the program has been a valuable and transformative experience that has generated learning, awareness, and commitment. Participants highlight that they leave with more resources, greater emotional clarity, and renewed energy to apply what they have learned in their personal, professional, and community environments.
A closing that is not an ending, but the beginning of new processes of growth, reflection, and shared action.
“It was a very intense and profound training experience that invites reflection and self-knowledge.”
