Is it advisable to work on multiple intelligences and emotional intelligence throughout life?

It is very necessary. The development of emotional competencies is a process that should start at birth within the family, be present throughout the entire educational journey—early childhood education, primary, secondary, vocational training, higher education, corporate training—and continue throughout life. This "lifelong approach" is due to the difficulty of developing these competencies and, on the other hand, to the fact that each stage of life comes with specific emotions. For example, an adult might face unexpected situations such as being fired from work, being unemployed, losing a loved one, going through separation or divorce, retiring, or becoming aware of the loss of faculties due to age. All of these are sources of emotions that can disrupt our lives. Emotional education aims to reduce situations of anxiety, stress, depression, suicides, etc. It is therefore an unspecific prevention through the development of competencies.
